Bernard AscheBernard (Bur) is the original founder of Lake View Homes. Born in Minnesota, he brings the Midwestern work ethic to his daily activities. Bur has over 35 years experience in the construction business. As the patriarch of the company, Bur ensures every project meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.

Jason AscheJason is the youngest son to Bur. In the 1990’s, he apprenticed many years for his father. In 2006 after completing his graduate degree, Jason moved back to Arizona to rejoin his father’s business. He now works side by side with his father bringing together his knowledge of the trade and business acumen.
